"Only 15% of americans have a passport" - sounds incredible to me, living in a country where not having a passport is unimaginable. It is certainly easier to survive without a driver's license than without a passport here :-)

Anyway, it is very American not to vote. I live outside USA, in a place where more than 85% of all who could vote, do it.
