I know people often don't get that distinction. Too many people want to legislate their likes and dislikes.

It's not a matter of likes and dislikes, to the anti-abortionist, it's matter of abortion meeting the definition of murder. To say that as long as the government declares it NOT murder, is to me something of a cop-out.

If the government declared that all unruly 2 year olds could be put to death, does that make it NOT murder? Or autistic children? Infants born deformed?
