These shareholders and issuers have lost substantial values on their share prices due to your web site offering these stock bashers a safe harbor to bash these issuers and to pray on novice and inexperienced investors. This $95.00 fee was it to discourage other IR agencies from joining as many have and will. We on the other hand intend to see your unfair and heavy handed tactics come to an end and will agree to this fee. We do not agree with this condition you set forth which motive is clear on its face "No special TOU for IRPs; all posts must comply with normal TOU. Their compensation as it relates directly to the company is on topic. They still can not be attacked personally " An IR needs to remove nonsense posts such as where the IR company is being called the issuer, the after market sell orders (which are sells made during the day and not posted by the market makers) are called company dilutions and after market sells to name a few. This is unacceptable, it creates confussion and exploits the novice. We are confident that these are not your intentions as well. If you want this type of dictatorship then the simple thing to do is create an intranet (not visible to the general public) where your users can post all kinds of nonsense and where unsuspecting and novice investors can not be prayed upon. We will also need some assurance that none of your staff are accessing private messages, nor making or holding any positions in issuers securities that are a subject of your board. We make this proposal with the best intentions before we instruct our solicitor to commence litigation. Regards Michael Ellis Corporate Account

I'm not looking for opinions/comments at this point – just anything I'm missing in the implementation/features/tech spec of it. Initial account disclaimer on sign up – professional/non-professional poster? No links/disclaimers at all in signatures; only our new format. We encourage users to sign up now, this is likely an introductory rate and grandfather rates may apply for those who disclose now. Golden Triangle as their profile/read_msg icon. Add explanation to profile images page. When making a post, they'll have the option to stick a disclaimer image into the post; which will link to that IRPs disclaimer page. The proposed image: My Disclosures page – will work just like an ibox. Version history is kept. The iRP can use whatever disclaimer text they wish and include all the details necessary for each deal. Anybody that we know or find out is compensated to promote or for market awareness will be required to become an IRP on iHub; if caught not disclosing/elevating status during promotion, strong Administrative action will be taken against them. We'll encourage users to notify ME of those not in compliance -- links to disclosure/compensation will be needed, not just "I think.." or "I believe." -- all of which needs to be sent to Matt for review/research. No special TOU for IRPs; all posts must comply with normal TOU. Their compensation as it relates directly to the company is on topic. They still can not be attacked personally. Discussion of their business practice is on topic, calling them an idiot is not. iRPs can moderate boards; TOU applies here as well, if they moderate incorrectly/bad deletions, they will be removed. Central IRP listing – list of all fully disclosed IRPs on the site, including their latest deal(s), link to quote/charts, and info on contacting them directly. IRPs – talk to us, let us know what you'd like to see there. This is for YOU. Form to report those who you believe are non-disclosing to SEC (?). The cost per iRP is $95/user/month. I took the NYSE Professional license fee and discounted it to come up with this number. I know a lot of people said we shouldn't charge them; but they are commercial users. There's simply no reason, as paid professionals, they shouldn't be treated as such and charged commercial rates. They're getting a LOT in return. Disclosure by iHub on the central IRP listing page – down the liens of "this is only a listing of those who have disclosed they are paid professionals. There may be undisclosed IR people on the site we are not aware if. Should you become aware of one, please report them to IH Admin [Matt]." For more information and to see the original post (and replies): siliconinvestor.com Technical Details: Every user (current and new) on the site must sign off they are either a professional user (compensated in some form to create awareness or otherwise post about a specific company) or not. Separate subscription for IRP status of $95/mo. Must be maintained during IRP activities. They can cancel this at any time, at which point they lose IRP designation, ability to insert disclaimer, edit disclaimer, and listing in the central IRP page. All disclosures inserts made on posts stay, permanently. When making a post on a company they are compensated by, they'll have the option with a checkbox that says "Insert IRP disclaimer? Yes/No" (Yes is checked by default). This will insert the image; which links to disclosure page. iBox format list of deals, legal text, website. I'm passing this off to the GEEKS on Saturday - so if I'm missing anything, speak up now. One last note - this obviously will not be a perfect system intially. I know it's going to take a lot of work to round up all the non-disclosers. I want to make everybody happy - normal ihubbers AND the iRPs. And will try very hard to do so. Just play ball with me, guys. :) |
