Watch the market take off now, with the Government backing Freddie and Fannie. Pretty soon they will take over the EFT's and we will have the fed sending us one big check. Years ago when mortgage money was 9%, I had a bunch of em. Considered safe as gold back then. I had a bunch of bonds backed by mortgages in Polish neighborhoods in Chicago. One of the best investments I have had. Bought them on the secondary market and kept them until the mortgages were paid off. But greed has a tendency to out vote caution and common sense. EFT's will get a good run now.
