Murder is the UNLAWFUL killing of a human being- so they really can't make that decision, it is made by the law. What they might decide is that it's is "barbarous" because they are uncomfortable with the killing of viable fetuses- that's simply "I don't like it". It's not like there is an objective standard for murder laws out there. I get that you really really want to find one- but merely being uncomfortable with a procedure is simply, at root, "I don't like it".
