Have you got an objective standard for moral positions- and if you don't have one, aren't they all "He said, she said, my God said, your God said"? Really? When you get right down to the bottom of the issue?

You really are stuck on the notion that religious people are busy trying to circumscribe the enjoyments of others just because God said this or that. Let me suggest that you look at the basic moral recommendations presented in the Bible and then ask yourself "If God said this, then why did He say it?"
What you'll find are common sense suggestions that serve to protect people from harming themselves or others. Most people, as they mature, tend to agree with them whether they are religious or not.

As to an objective standard for a moral positon, there are many. At the core of most of them is the fact that none of us live in isolation. Take drunkenness, a Biblical admonition. Not only does alcohol damage the individual, drunk driving maims and kills others. Likewise with casual sex or the Biblical "fornication" which serves to send STDs ping-ponging through a population.
