Another mistake by Etrade Hi, Option King: I appreciate your comments about Etrade's new option agreement. However, they just made another error in my option trading account. I have 20 Apple Oct 20 call options written against 2500 shares of Apple Computer in the account. The options expired Friday and closed at 1/8. So my 2500 share stocks should have been called and not shown up in my opened position as of the market's opening today. But the shares are still there, though I have received a message that 24 out of the 25 options have been assigned to my account. This is just another example about the very poor quality of Etrade's operating staff. Its personnel just doesn't have the necessary exprience or knowledge to conduct its business in a professional manner. I just wonder where are their supervisors? I think the best way to correct all these problems is to file a complaint with the SEC in Washington. What do you think?
