The slowness of ARRS progress seemed to be in the system development. Bob has to direct the system design the following way.

Previously headend is the cable transmission mainstay. Now on-demand made servers the content management system Headend is just the passage way.

But, the contents are in USB hdd or flash cards. Servers are PBX using packets(Docsis) to deliver the contents in USB devices to the passage ways.

So, relay racks are for usb devices(hdd or flash cards) separated from blade servers which keeps on-demand channels dedicated to customers, convert packet format, keep segmented data in sequential order, and use hypervisors to keep data integrity.

It may take another 6 months for Comcast to be able to use Docsis 3.0 efficiently, after server software is streamlined for speed of delivery to edgeQam channels.
