WRT SPSN going back into NAND I remember Cambou saying SPSN decided not to compete against NAND about a year ago. So obviously SPSN changed its mind in between then and now.

From what I heard on the call, they´re still not really planning to compete against NAND (of course one could argue that NAND in combination with Dram and NOR are already competitors, sort of), but are going for a very specialized niche that is supposed to help them sell their NOR parts. They won´t even produce the stuff in-house.
