IMO large institutions are filling their boots with large miners. When they have their fill we will move higher. Some key U.S. banks hit their LT DL lines today and sold off. We are close in time to a low in PMs and a high in the banks. Everything I look at screams that we are going to rip over the next few months. C up in banks about done and C down in PMs about done.

Interesting. Covering a short perhaps?
