I actually hit the day and time of the *big* announcement squarely on the nose, and now ... this! AM only lasts another 90 minutes, or so. Somehow, I doubt that I will be drinking TexasDude's wine, anytime soon.
On a more serious note, the deal looks OK to me, but probably not spectacular. Of course, it doesn't quantify what, exactly, are "double digit" royalties. Forty is a double digit number, as is, alas, ten. I am assuming the low double digits, when I categorize the deal as merely "OK." Also, Henry's Evista comment sounds mighty intriguing, and could, potentially, change the whole complection of today's news release. So, I guess it is still too early to tell just how good the deal will turn out to be. But, it is clearly not the obvious "slam-dunk" that I was hoping to toast with TD's bottle. -g- |
