I honestly don't see any downside to that practice which of course has been forced out of the school setting. What about the atheists in the school or those who dont subscribe to one of the 5 major religions? Even within the major religions, would you give equal to time to Islam as to Christianity? Who would pick out which scriptures get presented? This is an absolutely awful idea with huge amounts of downside for those who dont believe in the predominant religion in any given school. Slacker
