If you go to one of the search engines and search for "Hotel Discovery" (in quotes), there is a lot of information. Their prospectus is out there somewhere too. The MegaMall location is huge and situated near the theatres and some other food places. Pretty good location. It's all walled off right now so you can't see what they're doing, but the pictures in the prospectus are impressive.
