I'm talking the position of the actual campaigns. Both sides now have surrogates that sling mud - a legacy of our buddy Karl Rove. The position of the Obama campaign is to discuss issues and real change. The position of the McCain campaign is to discuss personalities and revive wedge issues. Can you not see that when it is staring you in the face? Even McCain's campaign manager admits to the strategy of personality not issues.
