Yes, that is technically true that 'they' control the vast majority of the votes..... but what if 'they' decided to withhold their votes, (here is where you can start playing the X-files theme music) and if 'we' voted NO.... would 'we' then force the 'they get the shares for only $.16/share instead of having to pay the remaining $.63/share' scenario? Remember the $25Million deal was, as best as I can read it, based upon the finalized price of the shares, not the 'upfront' $.16/share. That's the reason the press release said that this BIG deal only resulted in an initial amount of $5Million with the remaining $ to flow in later... as I read it. Ben A.
