Ah yes, the "nuance."

I know quite a few OB/GYNs. Most of them are obligated to say that conditions like the one Sarah Palin experienced is an immediate cause for hospitalization. Any other answer would not fit in today's lawsuit-happy culture.

Like I said, I trust Sarah Palin's personal doctor over some hack the media could dig up. The choice Palin made with her doctor's consent might not have been the most prudent, but it doesn't strike me as "odd" in any way whatsoever.
