SHORTS, What would happen if MSFT reports better then expected earnings? All those sub $1k pc still need windows! What would happen if MSFT expressed surprise by the amount of software they have been selling, and reinstated their share buy back program? What would happen if LU beats estimates on Tuesday AM? What would happen if MSFT report a rebound in sales in Europe, like the PC ventors have seen? To me this nice little drop we had, has been very constructive for the market at large, also, has presented nice little sale to reenter or add to positions. If I was a short I would cover. Time to do so is today, since momentum created by todays short covering and buying on the dip, will build after MSFT reports good earnings. Remember expectations have been lowered by MSFT management, that was before the sub $1k market took off. Greg ;)
