You don't have ANY IDEA what Iraq is like "these days".

I talk to someone daily who is there and out on the streets, and I can tell you that while it is still a dangerous place, it is coming around. And the liberal press accounts notwithstanding, the people there largely know and appreciate what the US has done for them.

Life is more "normal" for most Iraqis today than it has been in 35 years.
