I do not care how impressive the proposal, I would prefer if fed govt does nothing more with education. The fed govt is so far in debt... Hey Zuu - you've fallen into the Republican tiger trap: why do you think the Reps are always so eager to get rid of surpluses (and never to 'the People')?
