THE ULTIMATE COPOUT

They have a weak management team and a weaker CEO.

A sales force is just one segment of a larger marketing strategy, and an even larger corporate strategy.

Salesmen are just like any other profession. The best ones are going to gravitate to the companies where a clearcut vision is given to them. Their success and subsequently the success of the company is interdependent with their compensation plan, effective advertising, integration with pricing, and the overall effectiveness of the relationship between middlemen and Corel.

My understanding is that Corel is going after the corporate market with direct selling contact. I am very skeptical about this approach. Corporations are interested in a total package and it must be integrated with their present systems...IMOP they are better off offering products that will supplement products that MS
and SUN ect. are already offering..gregor
