it's more like arrested emotional development.... you see it in obama's irresistible urge to flip clinton the bird surreptitiously , like a juvenile does in class when the teacher's back is turned aimed at stoking admiration from his classmates, everybody laughs, teacher turns around and he sits with the 'what? who me? expression of innocence.... funny stuff when you are 14..... pathetic to watch in a presidential candidate
