That's a post by an individual, in an area of the Democrats' website where people can post whatever they want. It in no way represents all Democrats.

I agree with you that it is vile. I would point out, however, that it is no more vile than many of the sneering, contemptuous bile that was heaped on Obama from the podium, by everyone from arithmetically-challenged Mike Huckabee to Sarah Palin during the official Republican National Convention.
