Sorry for the delay: I did talk to Tamara Ehlin at IR. She claims that she was not informed about any further info regd the transaction than what was put out. She was very nice but info that she gave is same as the news release. Two different transactions... Selling + Recap = 1.36 to 1.75 per share..as of --she does not know. I asked as to how they are planning to distribut the amt --she does not know Well I am sorry that info given is not much...may be we have to call the company directly..anybody? shrini
