I agree with your analysis ( that JM is full of BS ); the whole idea of selling off the high growth software business to concentrate on the dead end document conversion business is lunacy. See my previous post ( #439 ). Perhaps JM is part of the group trying to acquire the software division, and is trying to drum up support for the deal. Actually, the way the stock is acting this morning makes me wonder whether the deal itself is a fabrication.
