"Barely even governor,"... She is the full fledged governor of the biggest state in the greatest super power the world has ever known in its history, with a track record of very effective administration and more noteworthy accomplishments, than any other current governor.

'Barely governor'... what are you ten years old? Surely you can do better than that if you're going to ride on the band wagon of nasty attacks.
