If there's any righteousness to your conservative cause, why does it rely almost 100% on lies and distortions?

That's a doctored photograph and you know it but you use it anyway in an attempt to discredit people who legitimatlely disagree with you on issues. The only point it proves is one that you prove daily in your hundreds of posts -- you, your cohorts and the politicisns you support are liars.
