Open letter to FBNA pre-IPO shareholders ...

Thank you for your continued support of our fledgling company. We at FBNA appreciate your loyalty and are doing absolutely nothing to change that.

As CEO, I am obligated to be sensitive to our shareholders' needs. As such, I am acutely aware of each and every one of the comments made by you regarding our company.

It has come to my attention that there are several shareholders who are a bit concerned about the IPO being rumored to be on October 31. They are afraid that any new shareholder prospects might be spooked by the idea of premiering a stock on Halloween.

There is nothing magical about holding the IPO on Oct 31. However, in respect of those souls who are apprehensive, I am offering to hold a pre-IPO shareholders' meeting to discuss the issue.

I have tentatively scheduled the Elks' Lodge in Ottumwa, Iowa for 7:00pm on Friday, Oct 24, 1997. I chose this particular city because FBN successfully remediated 1/2 of the entire city's computer hardware population (of 2). The Apple II continues to perform its duties admirably. And, we're close to signing a major contract with the other computer's owner. As soon as we figure out what an IMSAI 80 is, we'll get right on it.

I'm hoping to see each and every one of you at the meeting. Please do not bring your pre-IPO shares with you. We're afraid there would be too much time taken up by you loyal proud shareowners as you compare the differences in colors, wording, embossing, serial numbers, etc. This meeting is solely to discuss the best date for holding the IPO.

Please RSVP to our Vice President of Investor Relations, Norm. Norm will provide you with information on hotel accommodations. As proof of our corporate flexibility, we have made arrangements for you to stay at either hotel in Ottumwa. I regret to inform you that double occupancy is necessary because of the relatively few number of rooms available.

Please come to the meeting prepared to discuss the issue at hand. Come early and enjoy the specially prepared Warner Brothers' cartoons we have purchased for your enjoyment.

A special preview showing of our new film, "Remediators of the Lost Annum" will be shown following the meeting. A cover charge of $25 per person is needed to offset the costs of this additional activity.

Regards,

TEDennis, CEO
