We're doing fine here Bob. Nice of you to stop by and check in with your friends.

Mac and I figure you must be setting up shops all over the nation, raking in tons of money and just too busy to check in on us peons. gg

Seriously...........where in the heck have you been, and how are ya?

I actually learned how to sell stuff on eBay last Winter, and had fun unloading some of the extra things laying around the house. I started out small and eventually had a lot of stuff...........too much stuff........listed and had to hustle to keep up. Gosh, I had a job on my hands keeping up with inquiries and what to send to who where and keeping my sales filed properly in my email account. (I'm not very good at that). But it worked out, and sometimes I didn't calculate shipping properly and ended up losing money, and sometimes charging way too much for shipping and refunding money. Actually, that only happened once. And sometimes I was really surprised at how cheap this or that treasure sold for, but you know..............I didn't sell one thing I wish I hadn't. After all these years, and being an orphan, I had stuff that came into my life late, and so I didn't develop connections.

I took the Summer off so I could concentrate on having fun. Which I've been having, and will probably start up again next Winter.

Made a vow to keep in better touch with old friends a couple of months ago. Found myself asking "where's so and so?" or "I haven't seen so and so in ages." So............I started calling them up and dropping lines and leaving emails. What a surprise it was when they started calling back and responding the way they did. Seems they were thinking the same thing, and were glad to hear from me.

So............I'm in Vancouver Wa vising an old friend I went to school with, and her sister, and we're having a blast. Unfortunately I have to catch the 8:45 train back to Seattle this morning. But I'm going to keep calling and writing letters for snail mail and emailing because it's really important to keep in touch with old friends.

;)
