WASHINGTON MUTUAL PF (WM-PR) is now yielding over 50%. finance.yahoo.com Last sale at $164 - originally issued at $1000 w/ a 7.5% yield. The stock appears to be trading as if both the common and preferred shares will be wiped out on any company restructuring. Next payment period is September 15, 2008. ----------------------------------------------------- Does not appear to me to be a value play as their is too much risk of a default. EKS
