using my higher CD rate indicator....first republic (division of MER) is offering 4% on an 8 month CD.... (and btw, what's up with the 13 month and 8 month terms, as opposed to 12 month and 6... i'm seeing them everywhere.....the obvious answere is they want they're cold dead fingers on your cash as long as possible)
