There is no question, none what-so-ever about whether or not there has been a hugh smear campaign directed at the McCain campaign and specifically at Sarah Palin, by the Obama constituency. You have validated it your self numerous times.

"Obama is trying to run a clean campaign."

I have noticed his efforts to push for an issues only campaign, and have noted it in the past.

"Accused Obama of calling Palin a pig, something that even O'Reilly thinks is ridiculous.

Who cares? I'm not O'Reilly and disagree with him on lots of stuff. I don't think Obama was calling Palin a pig but I do think he meant for the PitBull with lipstick image, which was a joke emphasising her tenacity, to get tweaked by the pig with lipstick image as a joke emphasising her unqualifications and sloppy wallowing. Everybody got the joke and thats why they laughed their heads off, otherwise it would have barely qualified for a smirk.

Everybody knows that, just as we all know why you are trying so hard to deny it now. The attempt at deniability is probably harming the Obama campaign. The joke was funny. Now you just look pathetic trying to cover it up.
