MD, seeing the hole in the ground 7 years later is a testament to government bureaucratic incompetence Are you familiar with 7 World Trade Center? It stood right next to the Twin Towers. It was some 50+ story tall building that collapsed as well. The difference is that it was completely privately owned, no government interference. That building has been rebuild and already has tenants for some 2+ years... Joe
