Henry,
You are the last person that I wish to disagree with, but the release doesn't say that they will get immediately any of the research funding at this time. It says over a five year period and could mean at the end of next year or whenever. As for the $37.5 for the stock, I have stated I'm only talking about the unencumbered funding that LLY is paying LGND, that being $12.5M.
