A/H prices put the odds on GS acquiring LEH at a firesale price. JPM appears to be out, and BAC, despite what the WSJ says, doesn't seem to be in it either.

This looks like BSC redux. I think the Fed and the Treasury will really try to get this done by tomorrow so it doesn't have to stew over the weekend.
