If the US goes into a depression, what will happen to the stock market? Wouldn't it perpetuate more of the "demand destruction" we are currently seeing or hearing about? What will happen to gold stocks? Will gold out perform the gold stocks? Could gold stocks be taken to the toilet with the rest of them? Waht about oil and basemetals?
