Why? Why say no to books? I'm not sure I get you. I don't think you should push- but when a kid asks for a book I should say "no"? Should I say no to reading the Bible in class? The Left Behind series? I'm curious- what's the basis for my saying "no" to the requests of senior readers- some of whom are already 18? I think they should read whatever they want.
