Oh please Mr. Lux... please...

I doubt my heart can stand any more of this bottom up democracy stuff. It's a nonstarter... DOA... A drop in the ocean... Trying to put lipstick on Hockey Mom... Heck... You might as well be walking on the sun.

Should you insist in participating in these so called markets you should disabuse yourself of any notion that your stock or bond has any relationship to the issuing companies. They do not. Nor does their value depend upon dilution, the float, company news or anything else... beyond the aggregate needs of the Wall Street Banks/Brokers/Funds/Large Volume Traders who actually own the markets.

A company can buy stock 'til they are blue in the face... but if the market's owners need the stock price to go down... it will go down.

We have allowed Wall Street to not only write the rules of the game, but we've given them primary authority over enforcement of those rules. On top of everything else we allow them to play the game for their own interest, and against the interests of Issuers, Buyers and Sellers... often at the same time. Is this "investing?" No... "Trading?" I guess you could call it "trickle down" trading... Complete insanity? Most certainly.

In any case I would suggest saving your breath. Company management, in this game, is rewarded most for increasing dilution not decreasing it; because the folks running the game need huge volume more than anything else.

You could change all this I suppose... assuming you were a particularly dictatorial optimist... but you're going to need a truly massive army.
