I just read the letter from the Chairman's Corner & saw nothing there which would/could/should inspire optimism. He basically said, things are going great, trust me. After years of disappointment I would think most of the shareholders would be reluctant to trust him. Quotes from Wayne Gretzky, Warren Buffet, and Charlie Brown would only be useful if they had used/tested the fonix technologies. They only people who have are great scientific minds, with international reputations, who won't publish any opinion. Give me a break. Revenues will arrive in coming months. 2 months? 10 months? 200 months? Sorry, I can't be more eloquent, I'm still shocked by the letter. Usually when someone writes this kind of hype/crap he's an unidentified screen name, or a politician, not the Chairman of a company that wants to be taken seriously by the investment community. I currently have no position in the company, although I was long until this spring. I sold because fonix had missed every estimate and were already a year past their initial revenue generation estimates.
