She did not advocate. She said "Perhaps".

FYI, it is an obligation of the USA to defend any member of NATO that is attacked. Are you not familiar what NATO is? Are you not familiar with what a treaty is?

Now, think of the implication of her saying that the US would not defend a NATO member who has been attacked. Think really hard.

I would have asked her if russia should have gone to war with us over kosovo. She hasn't got a clue.

Based on this comment I question if you have a clue. Russia did not have any defense treaty with Yugoslavia. So there is no parallel to defending a NATO member.

Actually, Russia going to war over Kosovo would be an equivalent of US going to war with Russia now over Georgia, when Georgia is not a member of NATO, which, is not happening.
