There was a little kid in the neighborhood I grew up in who was the nastiest boy around. He was always provoking others in the most disgusting ways you could imagine. If that wasn't enough, he'd stand on the side walk and flip off passing cars.

His dad had some in with the juvenile courts so anytime another kid responded to his provocation the nasty boy would report them ... we couldn't believe this kid. Maybe he moved to Canada and called himself Kant or something when he grew up, i'dunno
