Of course there are many factors. You notice that blog post doesn't say "it has nothing to do with home loans", or "the reasons I present are the only causes for the problem". As for "the fault of other guys", I don't have a sub prime loan, and I don't originate or underwrite, or securitize or encourage them, apparently the blogger doesn't either, so your solution is also "blaming someone else", for me, for the blogger I quoted, and I would guess for you as well. Why would I blame myself for a problem I didn't create? Why would the blogger? Your comment - "ROTFL...its always the fault of the other guys with some people" is rather silly in this context.
