Jake, Just because they plan to authorize additional shares, doesn't mean they're going to quickly issue them all. Due to the current financial situation at JTS, they must have shares available for current and future financing and/or other opportunities. I suppport their plan and believe that it would not be wise to take this type of "tool" out of their toolchest. I'm not going to vote against something that as a result could hinder growth this year.
