The trading in small cap energy is pretty crazy. BOGA was a lottery card, but I have looked at PRC's numbers enough to feel fairly comfortable with my modest stake averaged in at 1.50ish. Not to say it couldn't go lower, but I know they will make money with oil over $70, and their fields have plenty of potential for new discoveries.
