Now we all know the last ceo presentation was not on video.
Why ?
So the smart wavoids could get the patents,
while the dumb wavoids could get nothing at
time of bankruptcy. IMHO

PS: This sure gets around the real selling of the company. First of all the dumb WAVOIDS would not
have sold any way. Now the dumb WAVOIDS sell for
zero dollars.
