i did watch the senate energy summit on cspan and i'm now convinced the the ITC will be extended as part of a deal that includes some drilling.. Sen. domenici the old reaganite finished the hearing by making a grand speech about how lucky we are in america to have all this oil off our shores that we can drill for but then he asked the GE exec if america would get any jobs if we extend the the ITC and the GE guy said hallelujah so domenici seemed to me to take that a positive signal. if he can get his mind around that concept than it should go...
