LOL. I didn't know they did intelligence testing before the allow you to have a "doctrine".

Your understanding of Bush's intellect or lack thereof, however, is very confused. Nobody who knows the guy, and I know people who do, challenges his intellect. Quickness on one's feet doesn't correlated with intellect in all circumstances.

Would you care to enlighten the thread as to what has led you to believe he lacks intellect?
