HI Gary! I read Henry's posts and i'm long LGND For quite some time(beginning of the year/multiple thousand post back and i read most of them) because i really like the science of the company. I think that long term this will be a great play but the bullishness on this thread( i think Andrew called "unbelievable" after the drop from 18 to 16 1/4 and everybody was still cheering) is frightning since it obviously isn't shared by a lot of people.Since nobody here in their bullishness would sell their stock where do all the seller today come from? And where do they get their information? Obviously there must be an informationsystem besides Henry! And yes he is very knowledgeable and very biased like most of us here! Pink glasses syndrome en masse, i guess! Yes i would like to see 20 or 25 asap as everybody else and would now almost say...too bad that there was no takeover for $30...i would've taken it...And i don't see that there is so much to deal with right now,although Henry says there is. But i think the leptin stuff will not attract so many players, since the partner jumped off obviously no new partners "are ligning up" and AMGN disappointing results from that front definetely don't encourage anybody in this area although the Phenfen debacle should intensify research in this area. Stefan P.S.I would be nice to at least not go down after the deal today...it's now @16...maybe TD's cavalry will rescue us but the have failed us often in the past...
