Ben I read this thread, aol's, and the motely fools. The majority of posters are against the additional shares, although your post if correct does make cents. "THATS WHY THE BASTARDS FILED A PAPER SEC FILING IN AUGUST, SO WE COULDN"T FIND OUT THE DETAILS OF THE DEAL EASILY But considering they are bastards, as you stated, It would feel good to spite them, even though it might mean cutting off my nose. I'm a small investor with only 8,000 shares, so my vote won't amount to much, and I'll probably do what I normally do when I cant figure the right move...... Dont vote. Pretty apethetic I know, but will weigh your side. Jake
