The UNSC could EASILY draft such a resolution, and the Russians might well go for it, since the Georgians were the aggressors.

PALIN draws the crowds - when McSame starts to speak, they start to thin. That's why he and Palin are campaigning together, rather than apart. But, Palin just draws out enthusiastic religious fundamentalist bible-thumpers and Bush-loving rednecks who never would have voted for Obama in any case. Eventually, it'll dawn on them that they still are making McSame president, although they probably hope he dies on taking office.
