That is shameful on her part. Corruption is always protected by politicians and we now know much more about how bad Pelosi truly is... comments on the bottom of your link are interesting. The same report has an gas as low as $2 per gallon. The same report notes that production expectations are based on How Much Congress Gets in The Way. Every time you fill your tank, remember Pelosi and Democratic congress are intentionally limiting supply, sending our money to overseas dictators, and prefer energy suicide.
